QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION BODY

Development of quality management systems (hereinafter ‑ QMS) in ries has been carried out since 2001.

In August 2009 certification Body of quality management systems accredited in National system of correspondence confirmation of Republic of Belarus for the right certification of quality management systems (accreditation certificate №112 080.03).

Certification of QMS of the organizations is performed in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 "of the quality management System. Requirements.»

During the activity of the QMS certification Body, more than 90 QMS organizations of the Republic of Belarus have been certified for compliance with STB ISO 9001. Among them are quality management systems: JSC "Airline " Belavia", the national statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Baranovichi cargo center of transport logistics, JSC "Construction trust № 21", "Locomotive depot Luninets", a Subsidiary of BPS-Sberbank LLC "Service Desk Techno", etc., as well as QMS educational institutions: Belarusian state University of culture and arts, Brest state technical University, international state environmental Institute. A. D. Sakharova BSU, Belarusian state Academy of arts, BIP-Institute of law, Borisov state Polytechnic College, etc.

By the decision of the Ministry of education of the Republic of Belarus ries was defined as the main body for certification of QMS of educational institutions.

The certification body has the necessary means to carry out QMS certification, including:

  • organizational and administrative structure,
  • legal and economic opportunities;
  • qualified and specially trained personnel;
  • set of system documents regulating the rules and procedure for certification of management systems;
  • updated Fund of TNLA and informational materials.

QMS certification includes the following main stages:

  • examination of the application for QMS certification, questionnaire-questionnaire source of information, documentation of the QMS;
  • primary certification audit of QMS on site in 2 stages;
  • checking of inconsistencies, making reports on audit, consideration of audit results for the Board of certification, certificate of conformity;
  • provision of information to the authorized organization for inclusion in the Register of the National confirmation system of the Republic of Belarus;
  • signing of the certificate of conformity by the head of the certification Body;
  • annual inspection control of the certified QMS;
  • re-certification (recertification).

Currently, the QMS certification Body employs quality experts-auditors accredited in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus, who carry out:

  • individual approach to each customer;
  • implementation of advanced developments in QMS;
  • provision of information support in the field of QMS certification.
