National Regulations on the procedure of educational qualifications recognition approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus from 09.08.2022 №518. The procedure is carried out within the framework of the administrative procedure (p. 6.8 of the List of Administrative Procedures Carried out by State Bodies and Other Organizations upon Citizens' Applications approved by Decree of the President No. 200 dated April 26, 2010.
