The necessity of the procedure is determined by the employer/educational institution, certifying organization, etc. or by the applicant himself/herself.
- How long does the procedure take?
The procedure takes 30 days + time for request and response.
- What's the difference between legalization and procedure of recognition?
Document legalization is the process of authenticating or certifying a document so it can be accepted in another country. The recognition in the Republic of Belarus of foreign education documents and (or) foreign qualifications is understood to mean the official confirmation of the level of education and (or) qualifications obtained in a foreign state with the granting of their academic, professional and (or) other rights to the holder. The assessment of a foreign education is understood as a qualified opinion of an expert on the correlation of a foreign education document with a national education document.
- Can I submit the documents online?
No, you can submit only the paper documents (see required documents).
- Can I receive the certificate by regular post?
The certificate is not sent by post, and is issued to the documents holder or his legal representative (power of attorney is required).
- Can Centre provide notary and translation services?
The Centre cannot provide notary and translation services and cannot recommend you neither translation bureau nor the notary.
