On January 2, 2023, Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-Z of July 18, 2011, "On Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities" (as amended on June 28, 2022), entered into force with amendments and additions.

Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-Z of July 18, 2011, "On Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities" (as amended on June 28, 2022) establishes the submission of electronic appeals to government agencies and other government organizations and the receipt of responses (notifications) through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities (the appeal recording and processing system).

User access to the appeal recording and processing system is provided through the website on the global computer network (global internet) at https://обращения.бел.

Appeals sent to the institute's email address will not be considered.
