About NIHE

General Information about the RIVSH

The NIHE is guided by its Charter. The NIHE Council is the institute's collegial governing body. The administration, headed by the rector, oversees the institute's day-to-day management. Academic, educational, scientific, methodological, and socioeconomic work are overseen by vice-rectors in the relevant areas. These areas are supervised by the relevant structural divisions subordinate to the vice-rectors. Academic divisions (departments) are part of the faculties—the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining (FAP&R) and the Faculty of Educational Services (FES). Research and scientific-methodological divisions are represented by centers and departments. The dormitory services (hotel-type), editorial and publishing, organizational and technical departments, accounting, and the HR and documentation center are assigned to the socioeconomic area. The RIVSH has implemented a quality management system (QMS).
