The program is designed to improve the qualifications of management personnel and specialists of educational institutions in which quality management systems operate in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard.

Regulatory Framework for the Quality of Educational Activities. Education Quality in the Sustainable Development Goals Framework – 6 hours.

Variability of practices for improving and enhancing the QMS of the educational institution, created on the basis of the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 – 10 hours.

Internal audit and quality management system improvement activities – 20 hours.
