On April 10, 2025, the 4th Republican Scientific and Methodological Conference with international participation, "Current Issues in Modern Natural Science," was held at the Republican Institute of Higher Education. The organizing committee was headed by Viktor Anatolyevich Gaisenok, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor, who delivered a welcoming address and emphasized the importance of scientific knowledge and the digital transformation of education. Vyacheslav Ivanovich Shuplyak, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Republican Institute of Higher Education, emphasized the growing interest in the conference's topics among the scientific and pedagogical community and the need to improve scientific and methodological support for natural science education.
Over 160 representatives of educational institutions from the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, the People's Republic of China, and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus participated in the conference. The conference was moderated by Olga Nikolaevna Grigorieva, Head of the Department of Modern Educational Technologies at the Republican Institute of Higher Education, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, and Associate Professor.
The plenary session featured reports by the head of the Quantum Optics and Quantum Information Science Center of the B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, honored scientist of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Yakovlevich Kilin; professor of the natural science department of the Moscow City Pedagogical University, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Sergei Vitalievich Sumatokhin; professor of the management department of Chirchik State Pedagogical University, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Dustnazar Omonovich Khimmataliev (Republic of Uzbekistan); rector of the Mogilev State Regional Institute for Education Development, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Mikhail Mikhailovich Zhudro; Elena Ivanovna Vasilevskaya, Associate Professor, Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Belarusian State University; Valentina Nikolaevna Khilmanovich, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the Department of Medical and Biological Physics, Grodno State Medical University; and Anatoly Nikolaevich Mikhailov, Head of the Department of Radiology, Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Healthcare Personnel, Belarusian State Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
Twelve speakers delivered informative presentations during the open discussion forum, which generated considerable interest. Following the conference, a collection of conference materials, "Scientific Achievements and Educational Practices," will be published with financial support from the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research. On March 28, 2024, the Republican Institute of Higher Education held a training seminar on "First Aid Training: Problems and Solutions" for management and specialists of higher education institutions. The seminar covered the issues and priority areas for optimizing the existing first aid training system, including the development of regulatory, legal, organizational, and methodological support for first aid.
The seminar speaker was Alexander Leonidovich Stanishevsky, senior lecturer at the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Healthcare Personnel at the Belarusian State Medical University.

III Republican Scientific and Methodological Conference
with international participation, "TOPICAL PROBLEMS OF MODERN NATURAL SCIENCE"
On November 30, 2023, the III Republican Scientific and Methodological Conference with international participation, "TOPICAL PROBLEMS OF MODERN NATURAL SCIENCE," was held at the Russian Higher School of Economics. The conference focused on the development of natural science and improving the quality of science education through pedagogical and digital technologies. The organizing committee was headed by Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Viktor Anatolyevich Gaisenok. Opening the conference, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Vyacheslav Ivanovich Shuplyak emphasized the importance of improving scientific and methodological support for science education and the growing interest in the conference's topics among the scientific and pedagogical community.

More than 120 scientists, researchers, and faculty from higher, specialized, and general secondary education institutions in the Republic of Belarus participated in the conference, as well as 24 representatives from the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, and the People's Republic of China.
Following the conference, a collection of conference proceedings, "Fundamental Science and Educational Practice," will be published with financial support from the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research. The II Republican Scientific and Methodological Conference "Topical Issues of Modern Natural Science" was held at the Russian Institute of Higher Education on December 1, 2022.

On December 1, 2022, the 2nd Republican Scientific and Methodological Conference with international participation, "Current Problems of Modern Natural Science," was held. The conference focused on the development of natural science and improving the quality of science education through pedagogical and digital technologies. The conference, timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Russian Higher School of Economics (RHSE), was organized by the RHSE Department of Natural Science Education and Pedagogical and Technology. The organizing committee was headed by Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Viktor Anatolyevich Gaisenok.
Opening the conference, RHSE Rector Yuri Pavlovich Bondar emphasized that the natural sciences are the foundation for economic growth and national production, and that science education plays a crucial role in the intellectual and ideological development of individuals.
