Advanced training for heads of departments at educational institutions (faculty and department level), as well as specialists from higher education institutions and adult education institutions, in the areas of systems analysis, information technology, data processing, planning, and decision-making. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Expert Choice are the primary software applications used in this training .

Technologies of planning and making management decisions in education (7 hours):

• Educational environment as a system: terms, concepts and characteristics;
• Technologies and economics of education: qualitative and quantitative indicators of efficiency and methodologies for achieving them;
• Education management: methods of analyzing situations and making management decisions;

ICT in management and organization of educational activities (29 hours).

• Organization of office work using information technology;
• Cloud technologies and Web 2.0 services in educational activities;
• Computer systems for supporting expert decision-making;
• Management of educational projects using information technology.
