To familiarize students with the fundamentals of information visualization, modern data visualization tools, and the possibilities of their application in the development of electronic educational resources.

Fundamentals of Information Visualization (10 hours):

- conditions for the implementation of the educational program for advanced training;

- tools and methods of information visualization;

- information visualization technologies in the development of electronic educational resources.

Visualization of information using Microsoft Office (25 hours):

- visualization of information using Microsoft PowerPoint ;

- visualization of information using Microsoft Excel ;

- information visualization using Microsoft Visio .

Visualization of information using online services (25 hours):

- creation of geographic maps using online services;

- creation of timelines using online services;

- creation of mind maps using online services;

- creation of tag clouds using online services;

- creation of infographics using online services.

Interim assessment of students' guided independent work is carried out remotely via Moodle in the form of individual assignments graded on a pass/fail scale. Students are admitted to the final assessment upon successful completion of their individual assignments.
