The collection "Scientific Works of the National Institute of Higher Education" was founded in 2000 and is included by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus in the list of scientific publications for the publication of dissertation research results in political, philosophical, economic, psychological, pedagogical, and historical sciences. Since 2015, the collection has been included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Addressed to researchers, postgraduate students, higher education teachers, master's students, as well as anyone interested in modern scientific research.

The editors of the journal "Scientific Works of the Republican Institute of Higher Education" draw authors' attention to the priority of research topics related to the philosophy, history, economics of higher education, youth policy, pedagogy and psychology of higher education, and the professional development of higher education specialists. Journalistic texts, methodological materials, and articles on
narrowly disciplinary topics outside the overall context of the development of the education system are NOT accepted for publication .

Articles for the 2026 Collection will be accepted from February 1 to 28, 2026.

ORIGINALS OF DOCUMENTS ARE ACCEPTED BY POSTAL LETTER

An application and an electronic version of the article in * .doc format (the file name is the author's last name) must be sent
in advance to nihe.paper@gmail.com. In response, you will receive a LICENSE AGREEMENT, which is attached to the mailing. The mailed package of documents must include: - an application with a date and signature, - a review with a certified signature, - a completed license agreement, - a paper version of the article with a date and signature on the last page, - information on the article's verification in the Antiplagiat.VUZ system (originality of at least 80%),
- for graduate students, an excerpt from the department meeting minutes recommending the article for publication is required.

SCIENTIFIC WORKS OF THE REPUBLICAN INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

• language of presentation: Russian or Belarusian;
• volume of at least 14,000 printed characters, no more than 18,000, including spaces between words, punctuation marks, numbers, etc. (excluding the list of sources used), A4 format, Microsoft Word text editor;
• Times New Roman font , 14 pt , 1.5 spacing, margins: top and bottom – 20 mm, left – 30 mm, right – 10 mm;
  • The article should include the following elements:
    • UDC code is required
    • title of the article (printed in capital letters in the middle of the page in Russian (Belarusian) and English);
    • initials and surname of the author(s) of the article in Russian (Belarusian) and English (on the next line, right-aligned);
    • place of work in Russian (Belarusian) and English (name of university/organization, city) (on the next line, right-aligned);
    • annotation of up to 10 lines in Russian or Belarusian (depending on the language of presentation) and English;
    • Key words or phrases (separated by semicolons). Key words are provided in Russian (Belarusian) and English.
    • introduction;
    • the main part, including graphs and other illustrative material (if any);
    • conclusion;
    • list of references (the list of references is located at the end of the text; references are numbered according to the order of citation in the text; the serial numbers of references should be written inside square brackets (for example, [1, p. 23], [2, p. 10]; the number of references to sources is no more than 20);
    • date of receipt of the article by the editors, author's signature.

The structure of the article (abstract, keywords, introduction, main part, conclusion) is not written in the text of the article itself.

• information about the author of the article (application) on a separate sheet;
• the text of the article on paper, in accordance with the presented requirements;
• license agreement;
• review by a supervisor/consultant (for individuals pursuing postgraduate education programs) and/or a candidate/doctor of science in the relevant field of science for candidates of science, and authors without a degree (the signature of the supervisor/consultant, candidate and/or doctor of science is certified by the seal of the main place of work);
• for postgraduate students, an extract from the minutes of the department meeting on the recommendation of the article for publication is required;
• Certificate of article plagiarism check.
