On April 29, 2026, the Department of Quality Control of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus held a thematic seminar "Digitalization of administrative procedures in the field of education" on the basis of the Republican Institute of Higher Education.

The event was held for employees of educational institutions and organizations that:

they are preparing documents for licensing;

They are responsible for passing the state accreditation;

They strive to increase their efficiency in the context of digital transformation.

I.V. Titovich, Vice-rector for Scientific and Methodological Work of the Republican Institute of Higher Education, addressed the participants of the seminar with a welcoming speech.

The seminar featured:

S.M. Azarov, Head of the Department of State Accreditation of Professional Education of the Department of State Accreditation of the Department of Quality Control of Education;

S.V. Shustitskaya, Head of the Licensing and Apostille Department of the Department of Quality Control of Education;

Omelyanovich I.M., Head of the Licensing Group of the Licensing and Apostillation Department of the Department of Quality Control of Education.

The following issues were considered during the seminar::

on changes in the content and procedures of state accreditation (confirmation of state accreditation) in the field of education;

practical aspects and innovations in licensing educational activities;

practical aspects of the implementation of administrative procedures for state accreditation in the field of education in electronic form.

Following the results of the seminar, the participants noted the high level of organization, informativeness, relevance and practical significance of the issues considered.
