Nikita Ogorodny, a student of Grodno State Medical University and a student of the Belarusian State Academy of Communications, told BelTA about a unique project to create intelligent agents who can take over communication with clients and work with documents. The winners of the 15th season of the republican youth project "100 Ideas for Belarus" in the "Best Business Idea" nomination told BelTA. Vladislav Sologubov.
"We have developed AI agents who perform routine work for the company. The client wrote, signed up, and our agent himself contributes to the CRM system (software for automating business processes. - Approx. BELTA) or in the tables of this client. He will also write about the booked place and time," Vladislav Sologubov said.
The creation of the project was preceded by serious preparation. "We started our journey in July. Back then, we were making software for students, which was also based on artificial intelligence. It was necessary to process all the manuals and textbooks and provide students with a tool with which they can receive up-to-date and correct information. This was implemented as part of the StartUp Space from BSU (youth Business community. - Approx. BELTA). A little later, they began to move towards business, identify their problems and simplify the workflow," Vladislav Sologubov shared.
Later, the developers received an order for their RAG system (AI precision enhancement technology. - Approx. BELTA) to interact with documents. "We asked for smart AI agents who would simplify their business routine. Especially there was a request to work with CRM. The RAG technology remained at the core of the memory, we refined it and got the result," he explained.
According to the developers, there are no analogues of such a system in Belarus, although this area is actively developing in the world. "Now there are startups popular in the West that are being bought by large foreign companies. We thought why not do this here, because the market is quite large, and there are no analogues in Belarus," the guys emphasized.
The team already has its own structure and roles assigned. "I'm more into communication outside the company and communication with clients. Vladislav acts as the technical director who fully coordinates the work of all programmers and artificial intelligence," said Nikita Ogorodny.
The team already has programmers, marketers, and lawyers. "In the next couple of weeks, we plan to open a legal entity in order to get into the HTP incubator and continue development," he added.
Speaking about the prospects, the winners noted the importance of support. "I think that by working together with the state and our partners, we can build a good artificial intelligence system that will spread not only in Belarus, but also beyond its borders and serve as an example of how we develop technologies," Nikita Ogorodny summed up.
The "100 Ideas for Belarus" project is being implemented by the BRSM in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the State Committee for Science and Technology, and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in order to activate the innovative thinking of young people, involve them in solving the problems of socio-economic development of the country, and stimulate civic initiatives to implement innovative projects and scientific and technical developments.
