The Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining is an organizational and administrative structural unit of the Higher School of Economics, which ensures the implementation of educational activities, educational, methodological and educational work by the departments of the Faculty in the implementation of educational programs for advanced training (hereinafter referred to as PC) and retraining (hereinafter referred to as PP) of managers and specialists at the level of
higher education.
The organizational center for managing the work of the faculty is the Dean's office, headed by the Dean of the Faculty.

The main function of the dean's office is the management, coordination, control and administrative and organizational support of the educational process at the faculty. ensuring compliance of this work with normative legal acts in the field of additional adult education, educational standards and curricula of retraining specialties, educational thematic plans and training programs for advanced training.
Functions of the Dean's Office of the Faculty:
organizing and ensuring the implementation of measures of State programs in the field of education and innovation, control figures for recruitment for advanced training and retraining approved by the Ministry of Education, the Work Plan of the RIH and decisions of the Council and the Academic Council of the RIH, the Plan for Cooperation with the regions of the Russian Federation in the field of education and youth policy, in terms of the activities of the FPC;
examination of the validity of planning by departments of control figures for the admission of students for the development of educational programs of the PC, PP at the expense of the republican budget;
administrative and organizational regulation and normative and methodological quality assurance of educational activities of departments of the faculty and training centers;
the development of digitalization of the FPC, ensuring the expansion of the use of IT technologies in the educational process, distance learning and innovative educational technologies;
monitoring the satisfaction of stakeholders, educational institutions and students of the PC, PP with the quality of educational services provided by the FPC;
provision and organization of work on the provision of information for the formation of a republican database on citizens who in the reporting period were considered employed in the economy or were not able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy, in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Education;
preparation of statistical, information and analytical materials on the main activities of the FPC, including at the request of the Ministry of Education, orders of the Institute's management;
ensuring the development, expertise and quality control of the UMK/EUMK, UMM, as well as information and analytical materials for extra-budgetary activities prepared by departments within the framework of their functional activities, for further placement in the electronic educational resources of the FPC;
filling in and control of filling out by departments of the faculty and educational centers of documents on education and training, appendices to them in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
other issues related to the tasks of the Faculty, defined by legislative acts and LPA of the Higher School of Economics.
