CHAIR OF PSYCHOLOGY AND PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS

It is planned and organized at the RIVS and institutions (organizations) on a budgetary (in accordance with the RIVS Plan) and extra-budgetary basis in the form of training courses (OK) (up to 36 academic hours), advanced training (PK) (36-80 academic hours), internships (S) (up to 3-5 months), and retraining (P) (1000-1300 academic hours) in the areas of activity of faculties and specializations of departments and training centers.

Innovative approaches, including distance learning, are widely used in the training.

The Faculty conducts full-time (full-time, including online) and correspondence courses in the following areas on a paid basis:

Labor protection (form of education: full-time, part-time)
Industrial safety (cranes, elevators, vessels, boilers, pipelines, etc.)
RADIATION SAFETY, radiation control
NUCLEAR AND RADIATION SAFETY during work at the Belarusian NPP
Occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with STB ISO 45001-2020
Quality management systems in organizations in accordance with ISO 9000 series standards
Fire safety
Electrical and thermal management in the organization
EXPERTS in the field of industrial safety
TESTING OF KNOWLEDGE on industrial safety issues
TRAINING COURSES (SEMINARS to explain the requirements of the NPA, including the TNPA)
TARGETED COURSES on the types of work performed (including the right of admission to work)
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (pressure chambers, sterilizers, laser products)

MOBILE LIFTING WORK PLATFORMS, construction lifts
RETRAINING (ADVANCED TRAINING) in working professions

Students who have successfully completed the training are given training documents and educational documents of the established standard.
Groups are formed as they are completed (according to directions from legal entities or requests from individuals).

The Department of Psychology and Pedagogical Excellence was established in 1994. During the activity at the department, a highly professional teaching staff of like-minded people has been formed, able to provide new content and implementation of the main areas of work of the department that meet modern requirements of higher education.

The purpose of the department is to provide retraining and advanced training of managers and specialists of institutions of higher education and additional adult education in the field of psychological and pedagogical knowledge.

The main tasks of the department:

Retraining and advanced training of teaching staff of the Higher educational institution and the USSO.

Development and scientific and methodological substantiation of the modern model of teaching in institutions of higher and secondary education.

Familiarization of students with the latest achievements of psychology and pedagogy of higher education, improvement of pedagogical skills.

Study, generalization and dissemination of psychological and pedagogical experience of domestic and foreign specialists.

On behalf of the Ministry of Education, a Cabinet of socio-pedagogical, methodological and psychological counseling has been created at the department since January 2017.

The department cooperates with the online publication SCHOOL TODAY.
